A CAT A refurbishment was carried out to connect a 1960s building with a corner building on Oxford Street.
Openings were formed to combine the spaces. Extensive structural work was carried out to make this possible. The main office areas were stripped out and new electrics, fan-coils and stainless clad ductwork installed.
A raised access floor was installed and all entrances made larger. Toilet blocks, showers and a kitchen were built to a high specification.
The scope of works also required us to clad the staircase from ground floor to first floor in glass including new balustrading. Tiles were laid within the ground floor entrance and staircase.
