25 Berkeley Square

Vert Projects was appointed to undertake a comprehensive CAT A and CAT B fit-out at 25 Berkeley Square. The works began with the clearance of the client’s previous head office on Welbeck Street, where all furniture, hardware, and FF&E were dismantled and relocated to an off-site storage facility.

As part of the base build, we completed extensive drylining works, installed fire-rated screens and lift fronts, and delivered a full CAT A fit-out across three floors.

We then progressed to the CAT B phase, delivering a high-quality interior fit-out. Furniture was transported from storage to the new offices, with meeting room tables refurbished and colour-treated prior to reinstallation. Vert Projects also supplied and installed all FF&E, fully furnishing and dressing the space to completion.
