At Vert Projects sustainability is at the core of how we work. Monitoring

We actively monitor water consumption on our projects through the installation of water meters, allowing us to track usage and minimise waste throughout the construction process.

Carbon Tracking

Vert Projects uses the DataScope cloud-based management system to coordinate deliveries from subcontractors and suppliers. This digital platform enables efficient booking and scheduling of deliveries, reducing unnecessary vehicle movements and helping us monitor and track associated CO₂ emissions across our projects.

We also implement SmartWaste systems on our projects to support BREEAM requirements. This allows us to digitally monitor and report waste generation, electricity usage and water consumption, helping us drive continual environmental improvements and maintain transparent sustainability reporting.

Sustainable Transport & Employee Wellbeing

We encourage our employees to adopt greener methods of travel by offering access to the Cycle to Work Scheme. This initiative supports healthier lifestyles while helping to reduce carbon emissions associated with commuting.

Supporting Reforestation & Biodiversity

Vert Projects is proud to be a member of JUST ONE Tree. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we pledge to plant one tree for every person inducted onto our projects, contributing to global reforestation efforts and supporting biodiversity initiatives.

Responsible Sourcing of Materials

We are committed to the responsible procurement of construction materials and work closely with suppliers who share our environmental values. This includes sourcing:

• FSC® and PEFC-certified timber products from responsibly managed forests

• CARES-certified steel reinforcement and construction steel

• Materials and products that support sustainable construction standards and environmental compliance
