We delivered a full fit-out of the fourth floor within a fully occupied building. The scope included the relocation and reconstruction of a live server room and media suite, creating a workplace tailored to the varied needs of a leading London law firm.

The project also involved opening up and completing a new glass and steel staircase connecting to the third floor, all while the building remained operational.

The final layout carefully balances open, collaborative spaces with quieter, focused areas suited to legal work.
