The project began as a CAT A strip‑out and refurbishment; however, during the programme the floor was let and we were instructed to progress directly through to a full CAT B delivery, including furniture installation, ready for tenant occupation. The scope included a new kitchen, toilet fit‑out, meeting rooms, offices and bespoke joinery. The works were completed over approximately 16 weeks.
