Met Building

The Met Building was a 90,000 sq ft cut-and-carve refurbishment delivered within a live building environment. The works involved a full strip-out back to shell and core, followed by the reinstatement of the office floors to CAT A.
The project also included CAT B fit-outs to two reception areas, glass external staircase, basement end-of-trip facilities, three external terraces, and a rooftop bar featuring a fully retractable glass roof.
