28 St George Street

28 St George Street was a 36,000 sq ft cut-and-carve redevelopment involving the removal of an existing floor and the addition of one and a half new levels.

The scheme delivered a new cantilevered stone staircase connecting the lower ground floor to the first floor, three floors of high-end CAT B office fit-out, and CAT B end-of-trip facilities within the basement, including a fully equipped gym.

The project also included four floors of CAT A office installations and the creation of a new roof terrace, providing high-quality external amenity space.
