Our Wigmore Street project involved stripping out an outdated space back to shell and core and transforming it into a high-quality, CAT A+ office space within a listed building.
The works included the installation of new perimeter cooling and ventilation system, new circadian lighting and sprinkler systems to coordinated CAT B design requirements. Along with the refurbishment of bathrooms and lift lobbies to create a modern and functional workspace.
