A CAT B refurbishment was carried out to suit the new tenant.
Existing partitions and low level screens were removed or adapted to suit new layout.
Cupboards and AV walls were reconfigured and new floor boxes installed.
60m of new glass partitions, doors and carpet tiles were fitted and walls decorated throughout.
AIMCo were keen to move into the space, so we fast tracked the project to have them moved in within 3-weeks.
