Greater London House

We are currently delivering a design and build scheme at Greater London House that will transform an aging building into a contemporary workplace aligned with modern tenant expectations. The project includes the demolition of the existing frontage to create an open external terrace for tenant use, alongside the installation of a new 600m² roof terrace.

Internally, the reception and lift lobbies will be stripped out and delivered in phases to maintain building operation. The new reception will provide an open, welcoming environment incorporating meeting rooms, a coffee bar and a kitchen, while the lift lobbies will be refreshed to compliment the upgraded reception design. All works will be carried out while accommodating approximately 3,500 occupants who will continue to use their floors throughout the programme.

The refurbishment is scheduled over 58 weeks with an anticipated project value of approximately £20m.
