Second Floor Fit Out

A CAT A refurbishment was carried out over 2-phases to the second floor of this central London building.

Four existing toilet blocks were demolished and built to the new design. Toilet cubicles were clad in a laminate and walls covered with a fabric backed vinyl. New sanitaryware installed and floors tiled throughout.

The main office areas were stripped out and new electrics and air conditioning installed. The raised access floor was repaired and cleaned.

A suspended ceiling with plasterboard margins and integral lighting were installed and all walls decorated with external windows being overhauled and secondary glazing fitted.

Outside space was created by introducing a roof terrace to the south side of the building. Decking and artificial box hedge were installed along with bollard lighting to provide a peaceful haven.

The lift lobby had a new stretch ceiling and walls clad in back painted glass. Lift fronts and reveals were clad in black stainless steel and floors were tiled.
